That’s why we thought we’d put together, which, as we find, do not come quite so chic: maybe the hem of the cocktail dress has come a little bit, or maybe the bridesmaid dresses are somewhat too similar , which can have an unwanted effect.<\/p>\n

9 Things you should not wear at a wedding<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

  1. Black as the darkest night<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    So have you recently purchased a black designer jumpsuit? Congratulation. For the wedding of your friend, it should still stay in the closet, because black from head to toe is not conceivable as a clothes choice for one of the happiest festivals in life. Although it is immensely flattering for a variety of skin and figure types.<\/p>\n

    The reason is that we connect black with the serious events of life, for example with funerals.<\/p>\n

    Your option:<\/strong> If you still want to wear black, decide for a light, cheerful dress, possibly with sequins. A cocktail dress is the option for formal ceremonies.<\/p>\n

    1. 2. A too permissive dress<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Permissive clothes scream: “Look at me!” A no-go for weddings.<\/p>\n

        You are eccentric and like to wear this trait? Well, our world needs people to break the conventions. But not on the wedding day of your girlfriend \/ daughter \/ mother: Leave the crazy hat or your sari from the last India holiday in the closet.<\/p>\n

        The reason: Whoever chooses crazy accessories does this for a reason. And this could be interpreted by some guests as a shout-out for attention.<\/p>\n

        Your option: A fascinator. Cowboy boots that you hide under wide pants. Be creative, but do not sit down on your favourite attribute.<\/p>\n

        1. 4. White<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          It is not a good idea to wear something that has even just a little similarities to a wedding dress even in the approach. Also, if the clothing colour is the one that best suits you and makes you look like an angel.<\/p>\n

          The reason: white is reserved for the bride and the bride alone.<\/p>\n

          Your option: stripes. A skirt. A blouse. Choose a piece in white and combine it with another favourite colour. What we find is: An off-whites linen dress for a summer wedding, or something white that stands in contrast to the wedding dress of the bride.<\/p>\n

          1. 5. Jumpsuits<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            You’re going to a wedding, not a business meeting! Change your business personality and get the flower child out of you.<\/p>\n

            The reason: The wedding celebrates the union of two people who want to spend their lives together. As a guest you can calmly express your joy with your outfit.<\/p>\n

            Your option: Business clothing does not belong to a wedding, basta. Sorry Star.<\/p>\n

            1. 6. Sportswear<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Also quite far up on the “no-go list”: Sporty sweater or even Juicy couture show-off. Also the excuse that you are cold is not valid in this case. Blazer, scarves or cashmere sweaters can fit the wedding dress code.
              \nThe reason: the couple paid wedding photographers a lot of money to shoot beautiful photos. Untidy garments attract unintentional glances and ruin the images.

                \nYour option: Leo may be! Perhaps in a girlish tone or nature colour, possibly combined with a chiffon top and sleek accessories. Are there any varieties of nail varnish?
                \nNo-Gos: Pair the leopard look with a crimson handbag and lipstick, all too eye-catching. Leave it in the closet.<\/p>\n

                1. 8. Jeans & T-Shirt<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  No, it does not matter that the marriage takes place outdoors and that the bride is as loose on it as no one else in your circle of friends.
                  \nWhether on the beach, in mamma’s garden or in the forest: If you are bothered to show up at a wedding, your favourite jeans and the comfortable T-shirt can remain in the closet.
                  \nThe reason: we have already mentioned it once or twice, but with your clothes selection you show respect to the bride and groom.
                  \nYour option: Down to earth works wonderfully: Pretty dresses are also available in the simple version; And fashionable pants can be combined with a white blouse.<\/p>\n

                  1. 9. Everything that shows too much<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
