Long before we handed out small, original guest gifts for the wedding, in the southern countries, it was tradition to give the guests something special. Originally there were 5 wedding tulips in a small organza or tulle bag, made from the veil of the bride. Each of the wedding tulips still stands today for a good wish: love, loyalty, happiness, child blessings and success.
\nToday, you do not have to sacrifice the wedding dress or braid for your guests – you can think of small niceties, which really delight the guests. We share the (as we find) the best ideas of weddings which we attended.<\/p>\n

    1. Happy Feet<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    An original idea: Give the guests flip-flops! Set up a big basket next to the dance floor and place flip-flops inside. Then the ladies can put their heels into the corner and take a bold approach. Even the men are certainly glad to slip out of their tight shoes. Possibly only crack point: Turn the heating on …<\/p>\n

      2. A secret recipe<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Is there a (secret) recipe after all your girlfriends ask you? Then give it to your guests and write it on elegant, matching wedding cards<\/a>. The idea also works great with a specially designed cocktail for you (for example, in your wedding bouquet color …), which you can throw at your wedding.<\/p>\n
